For only $25, restaurant goers can enjoy a 1 1/4 lb. lobster, corn on the cob, coleslaw and a fresh roll or enhance to a four-course meal by adding Acadian seafood chowder, Garrison steamed mussels and berry shortcake for an extra $14.
For those who like wine with their lobster, there will be no corkage fee for those who bring in a bottle of Nova Scotia wine to enjoy with supper. Prior to joining Delta Halifax, Camm was the executive sous chef for Delta Fredericton and was the lead chef for the Fredericton Convention Centre in New Brunswick, creating memorable menus for Theatre New Brunswick, the Province of New Brunswick and the City of Fredericton as well as large conferences and events from around the country.
